El Vermú de Tast, the new gastronomic bet of Tast Culinary Projects

4 August, 2020

The latest project of Tast Culinary Projects is the launch of EL VERMÚ DE TAST, located in the Plaça de la Constitució in the beautiful town of Sóller. The premises, which have undergone a profound renovation by the hand of Mallorca Construye, are inspired by a classic vermouth place. It has a magnificent terrace towards the Town Hall Square and the Church of Sant Bartomeu and it comes to the town with a menu of “updated classics”, a characteristic stamp of the Tast Culinary Projects gastronomic offer.

The new EL VERMÚ DE TAST offers a meeting place for residents and visitors in one of the central areas of Sóller where every day, especially on Saturdays when its popular street market takes place, hundreds of people gather to get to know the town and enjoy this beautiful setting.

It was born with the idea of being a lifelong bar, a place of good food and drink with simple and traditional tapas and rations of Mediterranean cuisine and local products. On the menu there is no lack of broken eggs with potatoes and ham, prawn and bacon skewer, grilled octopus or tomato salad with burratine. It also offers a menu suitable for coeliacs. In addition, and for beer lovers, it has some coolers that keep the beer at – 7ºC in liquid form through a unique supersooling system to provide them with a cooling point with unbeatable texture and flavour. You must try their “Agua de Soller” a cocktail created by the owner of the group, Ramon Andreu, which contains orange juice from Sóller, Vodka, Angostura and Cava.
Its charming terrace, with capacity for up to 54 people, is the ideal place to meet up again in a pleasant atmosphere and will become the meeting point of this charming town.

Without a doubt, a space where you can enjoy the food, the place and the company while complying with all safety regulations.

The new EL VERMÚ DE TAST is a firm commitment by Tast Culinary Projects to catering, to national products, to promoting local economic activity, and to maintaining the maximum number of jobs in an uncertain time.
