In the Tast Group there is a special predilection for good wine that is manifested in the selection of wineries that fill the menu of its restaurants. From the most emblematic wineries of Mallorca, to the most renowned wineries of the Rioja and Ribera del Duero designations of origin, to the most renowned brands of the Rias Baixas or a selection of French and Catalan sparkling wines of international stature.
Among the red wines of the D. O. Rioja we find the wines of the Luis Cañas or Muga wineries that enhance the flavour of the meats thanks to their nuances and flavour notes.
Among the Ribera del Duero, special mention should be made of wines such as Emilio Moro or Malabrigo, which bring a touch of distinction to any celebration.
The space reserved for local wines is also important on the menus of the restaurants Tast Unión, Tast Club and El Náutico. Wineries such as Macià Batle or José Luis Ferrer are a safe bet.
When it comes to accompanying a good seafood product, whether it is fresh fish or a recipe with the best seafood from the fish market, the alabariño Pazo de San Mauro, the Mallorcan Memòries de Binigual, the Vega-Reina Verdejo from the D.O. Rueda or the French Chateau Fountaine Audon, among many others, obtain an excellent rating among our diners.
