Our jewel in the heart of Palma, the Tast Culinary Projects restaurant whose name begins with “RAM” has reopened its doors. But it’s back with new features and one of them is… its name! We welcome you back to RAMblaBAR! Nobody will be able to forget that we are in Rambla de Palma, right?
We start this journey with a new schedule, from Monday to Saturday from 7 pm to 0:00 am (Friday and Saturday until 0:30 am).
And we have another surprise for you… RAMBLABAR has a new terrace to receive you! Enjoying our dishes under the shelter of the characteristic “shade banana trees” of La Rambla de Palma and with the smell of flowers from the nearby stands will be a 100% Tast experience. Although, of course, you can have dinner quietly inside our restaurant, that little piece of New York in Mallorca, where we have implemented all the necessary security measures so that both our customers and our employees have the peace of mind of being in a pleasant and safe environment. You can also enjoy our bar following the established security protocol, where a vermouth and a skewer always have a special flavour.
In our new menu we keep our essence but offering many different dishes. Inspired by New York classics, we combine our traditional vermouth with a great cuisine where meat is the main character. Hamburgers of free-range chicken, extra beef and premium Galician beef, always with top quality meat; premium beef tenderloin, but also fish (is it time to try a classic “fish & chips” in the heart of Palma?) and our usual salads and portions. Our candied artichoke flowers are still the main protagonists, but you can also try traditional skewers such as gildas or Burgos black pudding. Or perhaps you would like some varied croquettes of prawns with garlic, chicken thai or boletus with foie… We will prepare your meal while you enjoy an aperitif. How about an Aperol Spritz to whet the appetite? Or a glass of cold Amstel Oro beer!
