The restaurant El Náutico of the Tast Culinary Projects Group, located in the heart of the Real Club Náutico de Palma, has reopened its doors since last Easter, facing a new spring-summer season full of special events to be enjoyed in a unique way from its imposing terrace.
The dining room and private lounges of El Náutico are the gastronomic nerve centre to intensely experience the multitude of exciting nautical events taking place in the coming months in the port of Palma. Its views and culinary offerings promise to captivate those attending the eagerly awaited Fira Náutica, which will be held from 25th to 28th April, as well as those who come to witness a new edition of the prestigious PalmaVela and the skill of the boat crews, which is scheduled to sail the waters of the Bay of Palma from 26th to 30th April. A unique opportunity to explore maritime culture and enjoy the excitement surrounding world-class events, while savouring the best of our land’s gastronomy.
What’s more, El Náutico has a new varied menu, which stands out for its quality and versatility. It offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes, from starters such as burrata caprese to exceptional fish options such as tuna tartare. Its meat repertoire is also spectacular, with exquisite dishes such as Iberian pork cheeks in red wine. The sweet touch is provided by its tasty desserts, such as the torrija with Mexican vanilla ice cream, a real delight.
